Who we are
Corvellar is a trading name of Blackmont Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 80999320), with its registered office at Unit 2301, 23/F, Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Blackmont Group Limited.
We are the data controller for personal information collected through corvellar.com. If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle your information, contact us at support@corvellar.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the store:
Information you give us: your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number (if you provide one), and the contents of any message you send us.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive a confirmation of the transaction, the last four digits of the card, and the card type.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you visit on our store, and the site you arrived from. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: our e-commerce platform and payment providers may share fraud-screening results, delivery status updates, and aggregated analytics with us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to perform a service for us, and only to the extent necessary:
- Our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the store and manages orders
- Our payment providers, who process payments and screen for fraud
- Our email and customer-support tools
- Our fulfilment partner in Guangdong, China, who packs and dispatches your order
- Delivery carriers, so your parcel can be delivered and tracked
- Our accountants and professional advisers
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information
International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong, our fulfilment partner is in mainland China, and our service providers operate in various countries. Your personal information will therefore be transferred outside the United Kingdom.
Where we transfer personal information out of the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional technical and organisational measures where required. You can request details of these safeguards by emailing support@corvellar.com.
Delivery information — your name, address and telephone number — is shared with our fulfilment partner in China so that your order can be shipped to you. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for 7 years from the end of the relevant financial year, to comply with Hong Kong record-keeping and tax obligations, and with UK VAT record-keeping requirements. We keep customer-support correspondence for 2 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. We delete or anonymise personal information once we no longer need it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your personal information
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you are in the United Kingdom, these rights come from the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in Hong Kong, you have rights of access and correction under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@corvellar.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to work — keeping you logged in, remembering your cart, and securing checkout. These cannot be switched off.
We also use analytics and, where you consent, marketing cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preferences link.
Children
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@corvellar.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption across the whole site, restrict access to personal information to people who need it, and rely on payment providers who are PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office if a breach affects your rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, if the change is significant, tell you by email or by a notice on the store.
