1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of corvellar.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Blackmont Group Limited, a Hong Kong company (Business Registration No. 80999320), registered office Unit 2301, 23/F, Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, trading as Corvellar.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not accept them, do not use the store.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that this is the case and that the information you give us is accurate. We currently sell only to customers with a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, sizing and care. Photographs are representative; colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the product is unavailable, if we cannot authorise your payment, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your payment is processed by our payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Delivery

Your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner in Guangdong, China. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Import VAT and duties

Our products are shipped to you from outside the United Kingdom, and you are the importer of record.

The price you pay us does not include UK import VAT, customs duty, or carrier handling fees. These are charged by HM Revenue & Customs and by the delivery carrier, and they are your responsibility. The amount depends on the value of your order, and we cannot calculate it in advance. Your carrier will normally contact you to collect payment before delivery.

We state this clearly so that you can factor it in before you buy. If a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods less our outbound shipping cost.

9. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to introduce malicious code, not to scrape or copy its content for commercial purposes, and not to place fraudulent orders.

We may suspend or close your account, or refuse to serve you, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the store — text, product photography, logos, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to Blackmont Group Limited and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print it for your own personal use. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. User content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

13. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses (we supply to consumers for personal use), or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Where liability can be limited, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations if it is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including strikes, carrier failures, natural disasters, epidemics, or the acts of governments. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the United Kingdom, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland as applicable.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the store when you place your order.
